Passport

Photograph

• Size: 35mm x 45mm
• No more than 6 months old
• Close up your head and top of your shoulders so that your face take up 70-80% of the photograph

ID Card

• Valid national identity card

Financail Documents

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Netherlands.

Self-Employed Professional/Business

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Netherlands.
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Netherlands.
• Income tax returns for the past two to three years to demonstrate your financial stability.
• Proof of business ownership such as business registration documents and business letter head etc
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with Chamber of Commerce.
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

Employed

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Netherlands.
• Last 3 months’ salary slips
• Personal Income Tax Returns for last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate
• Visiting card and Employee ID card (company card) copy

Additional Documents

• FRC  Family Registration Certificate
• MRC Marriage Registration Certificate (In case you are traveling with your spouse)
• Invitation Letter / Sponsor Letter if any
• Flight reservation of air ticket (return or round trip) from/to Pakistan and the Member State of destination.
• Reservation of accommodation for the entire duration of the stay in the territory of the
  Member States (hotel, aparthotel, holiday home, camping, youth hostel).
  Or, if residing with family, friends and sponsor: proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation.
• A completed and signed Schengen

Purpose of Travel
